  19. First, I believe that the POSIX standards do NOT cover the standard C 
  20. functions; they simply refer to the ISO C standard for those. For 
  21. POSIX-specific functions like fork, yes they should. See www.iso.ch for 
  22. details on getting ISO standards. There is an ISO standard for POSIX; I think 
  23. it came from committee SC22/WG15.
